[ADD] A real Wibbles forum

I know there is a spamzer forum. But, i see thousands of wible threads every where. So i decided that we should have a real wibbles forum.

Name: Wibbles
Reason: Because i am tired of seeing tiny wibble threads instead of forum. Like i see WiBbLeS or SeEkRiT Wibbles threads.
How many mods: Just me if that is possaible. And i will add some if needed assitaints. Be aware, I will not choose anyy who ask. And will NOT get a second chance.

This forum seems pointless. We already have a spam thread, but I do agree that there are to many wibbles threads.

i do think it should be renamed to wibbles, though.

There is NO point in modding a spam forum! It's pointless to mod it because you will see spamming and spamming is the #1 thing you see on forums. I'm only modding it so I can keep it up to date.
