Multi Theft Auto- Need help.

hey i need some help getting multi theft auto for vice city.

i have no idea where to get this beacause when i go to the site it just says "404 error not found"

and then when i do get it how do i put it on vice city. i know it has to go in the main dierictory but where in there?
