DETH COURT: IN SESSION [EP. 1]

*deth Smacks gavel twice*

CLUNK CLUNK!

deth: Order, ORDER I SAY, ORDER in the COURT!

deth: Todays case is against ShaqLebron. He has been accused of 1st degree rape against my jar of cookies.

deth: How does the defendant plead? Guilty or nonguilty?

Materger1: my client pleads not guilty, your honor.

deth: your "client?"

deth: so i am to assume you will be defending shaqlebron?

mat1: yes, your honor

deth: shall we proceed then...

deth: who will be defending my jar of cookies then?

*cricket chirps*

deth: NOBODY!?!

*deth grips gavel menacingly and glares around the courtroom*

*zanzaba timidly raises hand and eyes the gavel fearfully*

deth: you, zanzaba, will defend my cookies?

zan: yes, your honor.

*zan nervously tugs collar*

deth: alrightie then, COURT IS NOW IN SESSION!

*deth hits gavel again*

CLUNK, CLUNK!

*zanzaba winces at the sound caused by the metaphorical objest of deth's AWESOME POWAH!!!!1!!!1!11!!1!!!ONE!*

deth: zanzaba, you may begin.

*zan confidently nods head*

zan: i would like to call mister Shaq Lee Brawn to the stand.

*shaq rises and walks to stand*

*aspire(plaintiff) holds out bible*

aspire: please place your left hand on the bible and hold your right up to the side.

*shaq does so*

aspire: do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothin' but the truth?

*shaq ponders for a moment*

aspire: please answer the question

shaq: sure.

*all eye shaq expectingly...*

shaq: uhh... i... i mean "I do, your honor."

aspire: you may procede to the stand.

*shaq does so*

zan: so assuming you didn't rape deth's cookies. where were you at the time of the crime?

shaq: i was uhhh...

...

deth: ANSWER THE QUESTION!

CLUNK CLUNK!

*zan flinches*

shaq: i was playing in the blackbelt judo server.

zan: and where did you go after that?

shaq: well, then i logged onto the hybridclanforums to do some moderating.

zan: is that sooo?

shaq: yes.

zan: you are under oath, correct?

shaq: yes:

zan: so what would happen if i told everyone that i checked, and that you were not on the forums at the afformentioned time?

*shaq looks like: D:*

mat1: objection!

deth: overruled.

*mat1 sits dissapointedly back into his seat.*

shaq: OKAY! Fine! i wasn't on the forums then.

zan: where were you?

shaq: i was at deth's cookie stash... but i was only giving him some cookies!

*All gasp*
